个人简介

陈阳,1979年生,基础医学研究所院研究员,博士生导师。1998-2002年在中山大学药学专业、计算机辅修专业学习,获学士学位。2002-2005年在中国协和医科大学医学生物学研究所免疫学专业学习,获硕士学位。2005-2008年在中国协和医科大学医学生物学研究所生物化学与分子生物专业学习,获博士学位。2008-2011年在清华大学自动化系控制科学与工程博士后站进行博士后研究。 2011-2019年在清华大学信息国家研究中心任职助理研究员、副研究员,主要从事基因组与生物信息学研究。


主要研究方向

主要围绕疾病的基因组学基础开展下列三个方面研究:开发新一代时空组学技术与生物信息学方法;解析疾病中的基因组调控规律;开展疾病个体化预防、诊疗新策略研究。
